Shipping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs between $5.99 and $9.99 on our subscription boxes that ship within the USA's 48 contiguous states. Pickup Parties at the Aspen Airport Business Center, Colorado are the third Friday of the month, 5-7pm.
When will you ship my order?
If you order individual items today, your product will ship within the week. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew every month on the fifth day of the month, and ship on the third Monday.
How long will it take to arrive?
USA orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
What is a Pickup Party?
If you live in the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado, you may skip the shipping, drive up, and we will bring your box to your car. During the summer months stay and play in the park with refreshments and snacks.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. 
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
The Best Movie Box Ever contains 5-7 items, curated for 1-2 kid viewers, but you can add up to 4 more kiddos. All boxes include costuming, a game/toy/prop, food fancifiers, and something sensory to set the scene! Each box offers the same array of items, but vary by movie theme. Every month virtually delivers snack, dinner, and drink recommendations for a thoroughgoing experience!
